Loans and guarantee
Bpifrance offers a range of other financing products (debt) as needed (increase your cash flow, grow your business and finance your growth, guarantee your bank loans, innovate):
soft loans (repayable advance, zero yield loan),
investment loan to support your fundraising (1 euro loan for 2 euros raised),
loan for Innovation (if your company has more than 3 years).
As part of France's international collaborations on innovation projects, Bpifrance is cooperating in Israel with ISERD (on behalf of the Office of the Chief Scientist of the Ministry of Economy). In 2014, Bpifrance & ISERD renewed a framework agreement to promote joint R&D or technological cooperation projects.
Bpifrance is funding FIRAD and Eurostars programs.

The France-Israel Industrial R&D Cooperation Framework 's mission is to foster collaborative R&D links between French and Israeli science and technology organizations and to assist in the establishment of long term French-Israeli alliances based on technological cooperation. The objectives are to develop and commercialize new, innovative, market driven products, processes or services. Joint R&D or technological cooperation projects can benefit from access to public funding, provided by Bpifrance and the the ISERD agency, on behalf of the Office of the Chief Scientist (OCS) of the Israeli Ministry of Economy.

In 2014: 49 joint projects have been submitted,11 were selected for public funding.

Eurostars / Eureka programs
Israel is a member of the European R&D programs.
EUREKA is a pan-European network for encouraging market-oriented, collaborative research and development (R&D) projects, which lead to the development of innovative products, processes or services.
Eurostars’ Programis a European funding and support program to be specifically dedicated to SMEs. It is co-funded by EUREKA member countries and the European Union Horizon 2020 Framework Programme. Eurostars stimulate SMEs to lead international collaborative research and innovation projects by easing access to support and funding. A Eurostars project is a European research and development project. It can address any technological area, but must have a civilian purpose and be aimed at the development of a new product, process or service. A Eurostars’ program must involve at least two participants from France and from Israel.
Eurostars applies a decentralised funding procedure; all funding to participants in approved projects is managed by Bpifrance which offers grants to the selected SMEs.
The next cut-off deadlines for 2016 are the 18th February 2016 and the 15th September 2016.

The VIE enables businesses to give 18- to 28-year-old candidates a temporary assignment of between six and 24 months in a foreign country. The scheme is open to candidates of all qualification levels not only from France, but also from any other country in the European Economic Area.
